What Despixela is
Despixela is a service for print shops: we restore low-quality images (posters, photos, logos) supplied by their customers and prepare them for print. Access to the portal is limited to print shops we have registered.
Use of the website
You agree to use the website and the portal lawfully, not to try to access other print shops' accounts or files, and to upload only files you own or have your customer's permission to use.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of this website belong to the owner. The images in the examples section are illustrative: they do not come from real customer jobs. Files uploaded by print shops remain the property of their owners; we only use them to carry out the job.
Liability
We check every job before delivering it, but the print shop gives final approval before printing. We are not liable for interruptions to the website caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control, nor for how third parties use it.
Contracting the service
The service is governed by the terms of service and the data processing agreement, which each print shop accepts in the portal before its first order (only the Spanish version is binding). We use artificial intelligence tools in the process and check every job; the print shop gives final approval before printing.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For dealings with print shops, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's place of residence.
