What we do

The prepress work you never have time for when the customer's file won't hold up at the size they want.

  • Restore pixelated images

Blurry photos and posters, full of JPEG artefacts or pulled from WhatsApp: we rescue them so neither pixels nor compression show in print.

  • Upscale for banners and roll-ups

We take screenshots and small photos up to large format — roll-ups, PVC banners, vinyl, A1 posters — rebuilding detail instead of stretching pixels.

  • Vectorise logos for print

We redraw the logo as vector artwork in its brand colours, so it holds up at any size, for vinyl cutting or signage.

  • Press-ready files

PDFs with bleed, CMYK TIFFs for four-colour printing and whatever resolution your RIP expects. Send it to press untouched.

How it works

  1. Upload the image

From your portal, with the final size. Exactly as the customer sent it: a screenshot, a WhatsApp JPG or a PDF.

  2. We prepare it

We reset blurry lettering in its typeface, recover faces and clean up backgrounds. Every job is checked by hand.

  3. Download it ready

PNG, PDF with bleed and CMYK TIFF at print resolution. Straight to press.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

From €29 per logo or text and €49 per photo or poster, excluding VAT. Complex jobs cost €89 and we always confirm before starting. With the 10-job pack (€290) each job comes to €29. Your first job is free.

How long does it take?

48 hours from when we accept the order, on working days. The portal shows where your order is at any time.

What files can I send you?

JPG, PNG or PDF, exactly as your customer gave it to you: a screenshot, a phone photo or an image forwarded on WhatsApp. Tell us the final size (for example an 85 × 200 cm roll-up or a 3 × 1 m banner) so we prepare it at that scale.

What do you send back?

PNG, PDF with bleed and CMYK TIFF at print resolution. If the job is a logo, we redraw it as vector artwork so you can scale it, cut it in vinyl or use it for signage.

Can you increase the resolution of a small photo to print a banner?

Yes. We don't stretch the image: we rebuild edges, text and textures so it holds up in large format at the distance it will be seen from. If something can't be recovered reliably, we tell you before delivering.

Do you keep the original typeface and colours?

Blurry text is reset in the original typeface, or the closest match, and brand colours are respected. We don't redesign anything: we deliver it the way it should have arrived.

Who signs off before printing?

You do. We check every job by hand before delivering it, but the print shop always gives final approval before it goes to press.

How do I know where my order is?

The portal shows the status of every job — received, in preparation, final touches and sent — and you can download the files as soon as they are ready.

What happens to my customers' photos?

We only use them to do your job. They are kept in private storage, never used to train models, and deleted whenever you ask.

How do I start working with Despixela?
